So we like celebrated our class Christmas Party last December 19, 2007. Here are some pictures from the said event.

We love to hangout in stairs (I really don't know why?!?)

Chillin' with Dora the Explorer

In other news, Lirio's Mom passed away a few days ago. Tin and I visited her mother's remain. And it was obvious that she was crushed. Dude, we are here by your side. What are crewmates for? The three of us were supposed to attend "Simbang Gabi" or "Dawn Masses" or "Misa de Gallo" this year. But we have to bail our plans due to what happened. Now the three of us have plans for tonight. We are going to attend the Christmas Mass together. That might put everyone in a festive mood.

Enough about that...

Let's move on to some Filipino Christmas tradition that needs a serious make-over. Christmas Caroling.

I know, most countries have similar traditions. But here it's different. It's like so cliché that it's starting to irritate me (I know I'm being my hipster self once again). But the children needs to learn a new Christmas Carol. The purpose of caroling is to sing songs of praise that the Lord Jesus is coming. It can also emphasize on the spirit of giving. But the kids nowadays just want to get money out of you. They all sing one song, and one song alone. They should really learn some of the classics or something new. But no... It's the same song for every Christmas carolers. I'm starting to get irritated with that song.

So moving on. I finally finished my holiday shopping list today. The malls are so darn crowded. It's like diving in to a sea of people. I think the population of holiday shopping procrastinators are increasing every year (I'm one of them. I always leave of a couple of final gifts for the last minute or so.).

So that's it for now. I'll be updating this soon.

Happy Holidays to All!!!

And

PEACE-OUT

[Coughing...]
[Sniffling]

It's been a while since I've last updated my blog. And to be honest I have no excuse for doing so. I've just been very lethargic this past months. And probably the only reason why I finally had the time to update my blog is because I'm having an asthma attack.

So there's a lot of catching up to do.

Let's begin from where I left off, at the end of October. Last October, I finally decided to get a haircut. Letting go of my bushy, scruffy hair. I was really irritated that I have to chop off my locks (and to be honest, I'm still not used to it). Even my hairstylist asked me like ten times if I'm sure that I wanted to cut off my hair.

Now let's move on to November, it was the start of what could be my last semester in college (just the thought of it still creeps me out). This semester is probably our most brutal semester ever. Having a six hour break period will drive any student nuts. And reading uber thick textbook would put anyone into insanity. Plus this semester our bee-otch of a Research adviser striked again forcing every student in our batch to revise every single inch of our thesis. Even our thesis advisers objected to what that tyrant want to do. This month also signifies the strengthening of the crew's bond, although we've been missing Lirio's company a lot.

December, both my best friend Den and I didn't want this month to come. Because of one reason, that every single day that passes by we come a day closer to living in the real world. The dreaded GRADUATION DAY. We found out that we will only be having 3 weeks for the midterm and only 2 weeks for the final period. Holy Crap!!!!

So this month we have seen the siege at the Manila Penn. During that time me and my thesis partner, James, together with our classmate, J.M., where driving to Manila for the blood analysis of our samples. We left Cavite at around 11.00 am and the laboratory was expecting us to arrive at around 1.00pm. But the congested roads of Cavite and Manila ate us alive. So we arrived at the laboratory at around 3.00pm. My uncle who works there thought that we were caught in traffic where the Siege took place. We didn't knew that something had been cooking up around the metro. We almost went there to get a glimpse of the mayhem, but we decided that we were hungry cuz we haven't had our lunch and decided to screw the Manila Penn. On our way home, guess what, the convoluted roads once again preyed on us. Even on the McDonald's Drive Thru, we passed by to grab something to eat, was traffic. Traffic seems to follow us everywhere.

I had a fight with my crew this month as well. It's a long story. But all is well. I've expressed what I've wanted to tell them and now. Everything is back to normal.

So as I've said earlier, I am having an episode of asthma. And I'm not feeling that well. So please pray for me that I get well soon. By the way the reason for my asthma was because of my classmate's pet dog, Mortisha. She was shedding her fur and I happened to be playing with her last Friday.

And also my Prelim Exams are this week. And I haven't started to study, because like I've said, I'm sick. And I just lie down on my bed the whole day.

Plus our last Class Christmas Party would be this Wednesday. And guess who I picked on our exchange gift. First, I drew Din but I don't know what to give her, so I cheated and drew another one. To my surprise I drew Sherra. And I was like Oh, Crap!!! Fortunately we had a redraw because not everyone was able to draw a name. So, the second draw, I picked my thesis partner Allan James. I was ok with this draw. But because some people decided to drop out of the party we have to redo everything once again. So last Friday night, we conducted what would be our final draw, that night I once again picked Sherra (seriously, I think someone planted her name in that draw box). And my crew was like "whoa-ing" me. Because I was once emotionally linked to her. That's why when I drew her name I screamed "Dangflabbit!!!"

That's it for now. I'll be updating this after our class Christmas Party, probably with some pictures to boot.

PEACE-OUT
(^_^)v...
